It was a big commitment which we couldn't make lightly, yet with a few signatures and a cheque it was all done! What you can see on the left is our new home-to-be.
The condominium complex is called "Taman Bukit Tenaga" (literally 'Power-Hill Garden'!) and is just a couple of miles from where we are staying now, in an area called Taman Desa.
We put in all the paper-work today, and we are just waiting for Chris' Foreign Investment Certificate to be approved before we can progress.
OTHER NEWS: Chris preached a couple of weeks ago, and his next date is in September. Having done the Parable of the Sower (Luke 8), he plans to preach through a few more of Jesus' parables over the next few months.
Cindy is 35 weeks pregnant - another week until she is term! We really thank the Lord for this, and we thank friends for praying too, because more than ten weeks ago things were so uncertain with the pregnancy. The baby is kicking like mad (World Cup fever???) and Cindy hopes it won't be much longer now! Anyway, when the time comes you can certainly expect some pictures on this blog site...
